Avenge The FallenIt’s a sad fact that many people are overweight. I am aware, Reference because for a very long time I was one of them. Being 5’6″ and virtually 200 pounds isn’t a good look. The nickname of mine among my friends was “Wombat”. For those of you who are not Australian (not many people is often very lucky!), a wombat is as a groundhog or a badger. It was not as if I did not try to drop some weight. In fact sometimes I did. A bit. For a while. However, not enough so someone noticed. One 100 as well as eighty seven pounds doesn’t look a lot different to one 100 and 90 2 pounds. The Wombat lived.

I tried all sorts of diets & restricted eating regimes. The Atkins diet plan. The Pritikin diet. Higher protein diets. (Made me feel ill all of the time). Very low carbohydrate diets. (Made me really exhausted I did not wish to do something other than lie available and watch television). Fruit diet programs! They actually got everything moving through the body of mine but sadly did not make me lose weight. Vegetarian diets. Several of these diets helped for some time. I lost a number of pounds but eventually got weary of the sameness of the meals and fast throw back on anything I’d really hard earned lost.

Plus, I was hungry at all times.

Lastly, I realized I could sit on the couch and realize nothing until I died, or perhaps, I can slim down and rejoin the human race. I searched on the net to identify a method of losing a few pounds that would fit me. I bought many products which promised me fat loss to create a supermodel envious. I tried out. I actually did. The only thing to lose fat was my wallet. I began to despair that I was destined to be Wombat all the life of mine.

Living works in mysterious ways. When you seek, sooner or later life provides a solution that is ideal for you. I absolutely think that.

It trained me how to put the good foods together to build nourishing, tasty meals which enhanced the fat loss procedure.
